The Alliance of CEOs is hosting a series of CEO Roundtables intended to dive deep into the use of AI by real-world CEOs to drive business performance. This was our thirteenth session and we showcased CEOs who are already leveraging their data to increase revenues and profits by applying AI to improve their marketing, sales, customer support, operations and more. A recording of this Roundtable can be accessed by clicking HERE. A summary of the roundtable can be accessed by clicking HERE.

AI agents present the opportunity to streamline businesses across departments. Nowhere is this more evident than in the new private equity M&A playbook where savvy investors are seizing on the prospect of acquiring businesses and transforming them with AI. One such example is Rebel Capital, co-founded by Vadim Rogovskiy, which has recently purchased a 17-year-old event management software company called Leadature with a mandate to introduce AI agents across each of Leadature’s departments.  In this Roundtable, we heard how Vadim and team are charting out their AI transformation and learned about the following topics:

  • How Leadature is mining 17+ years of historical emails with AI agents to identify repetitive workflows and missed revenue opportunities
  • How the Leadature team is prioritizing their AI agent roadmap
  • How Leadature is reassembling its org chart to account for AI agents
